Well as some of you may know what makes today special for certain people out there but for me today is my first Wiz concert so due to the hype and excitement shooting through my brain I will keep this short. All I can say is Taylor.....Gang...and congrats to Wiz on his new album. Those who are hating right now, its just because you are afraid to grow with your favorite artists why your ears are rejecting the new sound. Embrace change. And of course Mac miller always a pleasure. Depending on the atmosphere I will try and get some footage of the concert until next time keep it LYM....and I leave you with this:

Greetings LYMLifers today's post is basically about your entourage that follows you through life. I am basically telling you to check your circle of friends or should I say "Circle of Success". No matter what point you are at in your life its always time for a weeding out. Surround yourself with people that compliment you as a growing person. I surround myself with people who force me to be a better person. Within my circle we all have something to bring to the table. No one is considered dead weight. Always try to surround yourself with people who are doing better than you. This will help motivate you to reach their level. Give yourself a challenge and set your friends bar of success high trust me it will help you rise to the occasion. Also make sure your friends support you. Those who are genuinely happy for you when you are doing well are the true ones. Those who show jealousy are not real friends. So until next time beware of your surroundings and check your friends your real friends will serve you long....

I will admit in my life I have one serious addiction aside from food and that is the gym. Now I don't expect you all to take on this addiction but I do expect you to at least attempt to make some contribution to your health. We all usually wait for the new years to make it a resolution "I'm going to get fit this year", but why wait? Why wait for tomorrow when you can start today. Whether your vices are affecting your health or you just need to tighten up that frame a little, its time to get your piece of the pie.
I have been consistently working out for a couple years now and honestly its one of the only things in my life that gives the satisfaction from success after I put in the work. What I put in is exactly what I get out of it. Now I know a major issue with a lot of people is the time factor. Also people get tired of the same thing day in day out and get bored with their workouts. Some want to get big and strong, some want to whittle down and improve endurance, others just want to look good. Well I have an answer to all your problems and requests.....

Crossfit is the simplest answer to your problems. I have been following crossfit for about almost a year now and I am extremely pleased with the results obtained. I don't have one complaint. I reap exactly what I sow. More importantly I enjoy the new challenge that each workout brings.

One Day Without Shoes....

Your mother always told you not to complain when life gets tough, because there is someone out there who has it worse than you. Well there are many children across the world that have been deprived of this simple luxury of wearing shoes. In many developing countries children are forced to walk barefoot to school, to clean water, and to find medical help. A lot of you out there may take the simple privilege of being able to buy and wear shoes for granted but its time you think outside yourself. So I ask you to do your part in contributing to the less fortunate. Your country may not have this issue but remember "this is our world". So tomorrow as you get up for school work or whatever it may be, toss those shoes and socks aside, you wont need them. So whether you read this before your day begins on April 5th, or you read it during the day just lose the shoes ASAP.
